The Clean Monday Meals Ramen seasoning is a new lunch favorite in our household. It tastes even better than the Ramen that you had growing up and has much healthier ingredients. My kids love the taste which is always a mom-win in my book. The recipe is super simple and uses pantry staples, so it’s good to make in a pinch. We get the Lotus Foods Organic rice noodles from Costco (you can also order them on Amazon), add bone broth or chicken broth, the seasoning and a protein (egg or chicken) and lunch is served. The chicken seasoning is my kids’ favorite, but if I’m making it just for me I will use the spicy seasoning. It’s SO simple and SO delicious. The recipe I follow is below!
Gluten-Free Ramen Noodles
Ingredients:
1 square GF rice ramen (or noodles of choice)
1-1/2 C bone broth (chicken or beef)
1 T butter
1/2T Clean Monday Meals Ramen Seasoning Mix (use any of the flavors: chicken, beef or spicy)
1-2 eggs (optional)
Shredded protein of choice (chicken, beef or top with eggs).
Veggies (optional)
Instructions:
Combine bone broth and butter into a saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil and add seasoning. Add ramen square and let boil for 1 minute, then pull apart with a fork and turn to low and cook for 3 minutes. Cook your egg while the ramen is finishing and add to the top.
